This policy explains what information Likelihood (the "Platform") collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Organizers — When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier. When you connect Square we receive an OAuth access token scoped to your Square merchant account.
Registrants — Registration forms collect the information your program requires (e.g. player name, date of birth, parent contact, emergency contact). This data is written directly to a Google Sheet in the organizer's Google Drive. The Platform retains only a minimal operational record (registration code, payment status, program ID) sufficient to issue invoices and process payments.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use registrant data for advertising.
Participant data lives in infrastructure the organizer controls — their Google Drive and Square account. The Platform's operational metadata is stored in an AES-256-GCM encrypted store on the Platform's server. No payment card data is stored on the Platform's server at any time.
Organizer operational metadata is retained for as long as the account is active and deleted within 30 days of account termination. Registrant data in the organizer's Google Drive and Square account is controlled entirely by the organizer.
Organizers may revoke the Platform's Google access at any time via Google Account Permissions and Square access via the Square Developer Dashboard. Registrants seeking access, correction, or deletion of their data should contact the organizer directly, as the organizer is the data controller.
